Decision strip / 01

Gym and fitness facility architectural CGI tests layout, capacity, circulation, lighting and brand atmosphere

Five measured attributes frame every gym rendering so design, operator and investor reviews share one decision vocabulary.

  1. 01Layout

Zone boundaries between cardio, strength, functional training, recovery and reception.

  2. 02Capacity

Equipment density, usable floor area and simultaneous member load in each training bay.

  3. 03Circulation

Safe movement routes from reception through training lanes, stores and recovery rooms.

  4. 04Lighting

Ceiling strategy, task light over stations and ambient light for hospitality zones.

  5. 05Brand atmosphere

Materials, colour, finish quality and hospitality character across the full facility.

Facility situations / 02

Eight fitness scenarios cover commercial gyms, school halls, hotel suites and outdoor facilities

Eight distinct facility situations explain how fitness CGI resolves education, design, conversion, operation, hospitality, public realm and mass event planning questions.

Operational zoning CGI / 10 metre camera

Outdoor obstacle event CGI allocates the complete temporary venue

The elevated planning render separates athlete flow, spectators, welfare and servicing while keeping the complete course sequence visible in one coordinated view.

Ten metre outdoor obstacle event CGI showing the complete course and operational zones
Numbered markers connect the rendered venue layout to the operational zone key below.
  1. 01
    Arrival and warm-up

Check-in, briefing and warm-up space holds participants before each controlled course release.

  2. 02
    Obstacle lanes

Modular rigs sequence climbing, hanging and balance tasks with clear bypass and marshal routes.

  3. 03
    Mud and crawl

Contained wet obstacles separate mud, drainage and wash-down access from the dry event lanes.

  4. 04
    Loaded carry loop

A continuous carry lane accommodates sleds, sandbags and tyres without crossing spectator movement.

  5. 05
    Finish and recovery

The finish chute opens into hydration, recovery and athlete collection beyond the active course.

  6. 06
    Spectator corridor

A protected perimeter route maintains audience sightlines while preserving competition separation.

  7. 07
    Event services

Welfare, toilets, first aid, staff facilities and emergency access occupy the service edge.

The zoning CGI gives organisers one spatial reference for course capacity, route conflicts, welfare provision and emergency access before detailed event plans are fixed.

Scenario G

Conversion study / 03

Warehouse to HYROX conversion CGI compares the retained shell with the proposed training hall

A paired conversion study keeps the warehouse shell as the factual baseline while the proposed HYROX and functional fit-out is tested for lanes, stations and clear height.

01 / Adaptive reuse

Light-industrial warehouse to functional fitness facility

A warehouse gym conversion retains structure, span and daylight openings while the fitness intervention installs turf lanes, conditioning stations, strength platforms and recovery edges. Fixed cameras isolate the proposed change so the tested decision is the fit-out, not a perspective shift.
