Preparing the proposal requires a CGI view list, design drawings and useful site photos. Plain descriptions and phone photos provide enough viewpoint information for the initial review.

If possible, take a phone photo from each location and direction you want the CGI to show. A professional photograph is unnecessary because each phone reference only needs to confirm camera position, height and direction.
If viewpoint photos are unavailable
We can prepare a separate reference photo selection after appointment so the camera style and composition can be agreed before CGI production.
Programme and priorities / 04
A two week programme needs a clear image priority.
A fortnight may not accommodate every requested CGI. Feasibility depends on the final image count, camera complexity, completeness of the design files and speed of consolidated feedback.
Add lifestyle, activity, material detail and evening scenes after approving the priority planning CGIs.

The programme depends on the number of CGIs.
Production starts after approval of the camera list, drawings and visual references. Consolidated feedback at each review stage keeps the programme on schedule.

Each CGI camera answers a defined project question. Camera position establishes spatial relationships, people clarify scale and use, and lighting demonstrates material appearance and facility operation at different times of day.

Explain the public route at eye level
The eye-level public-realm rendering follows the approach route through the development. Foreground figures and visible path widths give the client clear references for scale, access, planting depth and the relationship between the two buildings.
Purpose: layout and connections
Show how the courtyard is organised
The mid-air courtyard rendering maps the buildings, paths, planting beds and communal gathering spaces in one frame. From the elevated camera, the client can assess the complete layout and trace movement between entrances, landscape zones and seating areas.
Purpose: wider context
Place the development in its surroundings
The wide contextual rendering places the main buildings beside the street, cycle route, planting and nearby homes. Within the expanded frame, the client can review massing, material consistency and the development's connection with its neighbourhood.

for planning and marketing.
The proposed CGI set combines wide cameras for layout, low cameras for human scale, activity scenes for facility use and evening scenes for architectural lighting.

Present the court as an active social facility
The low courtside rendering defines the playing environment, enclosure and spectator sightlines. Players establish scale, while the pavilion and occupied seating connect the padel court with its hospitality and social areas. Sunset lighting demonstrates how the club could operate during evening sessions.
Industrial daylight / floor level
Demonstrate capacity and operational layout
The floor-level fitness rendering uses the sled lanes to establish depth and circulation. Athletes occupy the running, strength and recovery zones so the client can assess equipment density, activity levels, lighting and use across the full hall.
Blue hour / hospitality
Combine court design with hospitality
The blue-hour tennis rendering frames the clay court, landscape edge, spectator seating and pavilion in one composition. Court lighting separates the playing surface from the surrounding landscape and demonstrates evening play and hospitality use.
Match night / tunnel arrival
Explain the player arrival and stadium interface
The stadium tunnel rendering connects back-of-house circulation with the concourse, spectator areas and pitch. Players and staff establish scale and movement, while the transition into floodlight defines the arrival route on a match night.
